Investing In Rentals Is Boring
Hopefully… if we do it right.
My husband and I bought our first rental in late 2021. Sight unseen (and still unseen 9 months later), so far it has gone well. (Rest assured, I’m knocking on wood as I write this).
I’ve owned small businesses before. I’ve tracked the books and experience the emotional highs and lows of uneven cash flow.
